Having enjoyed the Duathlon at Cannock Chase I immediately
set about finding another to enter. One
stood out in Nottingham, I lived there for 8 or so years so it seemed the perfect opportunity to race and
catch up with friends.

Winter Training
So winter is well and truly here which means that there are no triathlons. With nothing to aim for it can be easy to lose focus and let things slip.
How I got into Triathlons
Hi my name is Iain McLaughlin and I am going to use this blog to detail my experiences of triathlons from a complete beginner to someone who is competing for podium places. Hopefully I can inspire more to try the sport that I have come to love.
